	A BIT ABOUT OUR CORPORATE IMAGE We combined classic marketing principles with Feng Shui to create the identity. Classic marketing says to name the company according to what it does. How do you collectively name the services we offer? Well, they are solutions and they relate to business – and they’re exclusive! And so, Exclusive Business Solutions was conceived. Feng Shui teaches us that black and white is a powerful and profitable combination for company colours, using perfect ying yang, signifying the harmony of the elements. The logo icon is a swish of red paint implying the creative and thinking side of our business. 	ABOUT THE CO-FOUNDERS
	DEREK HOLMES, Co-founder and Team CEO Derek Holmes has held numerous board, directorship and executive management positions with global and regional logistics companies. His impressive background includes being a key participant in several corporate mergers, acquisitions and turnarounds. Furthermore, his experience in human resource management, including organisational design, organisational behaviour, training and development, complements his clear understanding of business principles. It is, however, his ingenuity, lateral thinking ability, contagious energy and approach to people that provide true value to the team and customers alike.
	JAN SYKES, Co-founder and Global Marketing Director Jan Sykes brings accomplishments in the fields of strategic marketing in the global logistics and international trade facilitation industries. Having earned distinctions in her formal marketing studies, she has contributed to the academic growth of the discipline by delivering lectures at various institutions. Her inherent abilities of organisation and coordination are complemented through her logic, creativity and design skills. These qualities are ultimately manifested through her talent to crystallise complex issues and present them in clear and understandable operating plans.
